From our first connection until the moment you leave your reception, having a constant, familiar presence can make all the difference when it comes to your wedding day. My goal is to provide support - whether that is answering questions and offering advice (event management) to full vendor support and design creation (full service planning), you can rest assured that you will have a guiding hand and advocate by your side.
Each element of your day has a purpose and when everything comes together, you and your guests can enjoy an experience that is truly reflective of you. We'll identify what is unique to you as a couple, and use those elements throughout your day. My hope is that you will feel comfortable and confident on your wedding day. We'll plan together and form our relationship so that on the wedding day you can trust that I'll be the one to carry out your vision, exactly as we planned.

The Full Service Planning experience is for couples who want a wedding that feels effortlessly them: fun, personal, beautiful, and full of the little details that make their story unique. I'll take care of the planning, design, logistics, and behind-the-scenes details so you can focus on the fun parts: getting excited, celebrating with your people, and actually enjoy being engaged.
From finding the right creative partners and building a design that feels like you to keeping all the moving pieces organized, I'll be there to make the process feel easy, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable.
And when the big day arrives? You get to let go. No checking the timeline, answering vendor questions, or wondering what’s happening next. I have it handled, so you can dance, laugh, soak up every hug, and be fully present with the people you love.

Full Service Wedding Planning + Design
Your organization and planning skills are top-notch for putting together your wedding day. But, you still want to bask in the joys of all your hard work on the day of!
With the Event Management experience, you can enjoy the experience of being fully hands-on with planning your wedding while still gaining some help along the way. You'll be totally present on the day itself. I’ll step in and orchestrate all your hard work so everything flows seamlessly.
Event Management (Month-of Coordination)
Maybe you don’t need someone to take over your entire wedding, you just want a partner who knows what they’re doing, keeps things moving, and is there when you need a little guidance.
The Partial Planning experience is perfect for couples who actually want to be involved in the planning process, but don’t want to figure everything out on their own. You get to make the fun decisions, dream up the details, and put your personal stamp on the day, I am there to guide you, keep you organized, and help make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
From refining your overall vision and bringing the design together to helping you source and select key vendors, I will be your go-to throughout the planning process. I'll be there to bring clarity to the decisions, keep the details moving, and make sure you always feel confident about what comes next. You’ll have an experienced planner in your corner who knows when to step in, when to let you take the lead, and how to make the whole process feel a little more effortless and a lot more fun.
Partial Planning + Design
Couples who plan with Nicole typically invest $10k-$22k on planning and design services depending on needs.
Full Service planning is best suited for couples with a minimum budget of $150k.
